This year, for the first time, Hogwarts Summer Camp will be open to all. This means that you do not have to be a student at Hogwarts to attend. So whether you are part of the magical community or a muggle you can join in all the fun. If you register as a Muggle you will have
every opportunity to discover your magical side.

Some activities will be are directly related to the traditional subjects like Potions, Herbology, Transconfigurtation and Defense Against the Dark Arts while others like Wand Making and The Quest for Sand are activities special only to Summer Camp.
As you are no doubt aware there has been much rivalry between the Hogwarts houses of Hufflepuff, Grfyndor, Slytherin and Ravenclaw.
The headmaster has decreed that students will be organized into the American School of Magic Ilvermorny houses of Wampus, Pukwudgie, Thunderbird & Horned Serpent.houses while at summer camp.

Rock IP Aug 5 – 7
Earn the legacy rock climbing IP badge. This program is an two day extension of Hogwarts camp and is open to campers entering grades 7-9 in fall 2023. While most campers will leave camp on 8/5 you will remain at camp through 8/7.
You will discover ways to us hand and foot holds. Learn how to tie climbing knots.
Understand climbing hardware such as harnesses, prussik loops, belay devices, carabiners, types of rope, ascenders and other gear. Develop the ability to safely belay other climbers.
Develop the ability to safely belay other climbers. If you plan to become a CIT this is a very necessary set of skills.
Creative Writing Aug 7 – 9
Brand new for this year spend two days at camp exploring your creative self. Camp is a great place to be inspired to write whether, it is learning to journal, expressing your self in poetry, writing a story or even a play or book.
This will be a fun interactive and experiential two days. Learn the fundamentals of story. Workshop your writing with others. Find inspiration in nature. You will earn the legacy Creative Writing Badge.
This program is open to campers entering grades 7 thru 12 in fall 2023. It can be added on to Hogwarts and the Rock IP making camp an 11 day experience. It can also be attended as a stand alone session.
This workshop will be led by our very own Eteya Trinidad who has been writing plays for over 5 years. Eteya’ short plays have been professionally performed both on stage and as dramatic readings. Eteya is the recipient of the June Anne Baker Prize awarded annually to a female emerging playwright Award who represents a gifted new comedic or political voice for the stage.
