SUMMARY:Program Aide Training
DESCRIPTION:You must be in 7th grade or above to take this training \nSat March 26 – 10:00am – 3:00pm (Part 1)  \nSun March 27 – 10:00am – 3:00pm (Part 2) \nYou must attend BOTH days. There is no cost  \nYou will discover ways to work with younger girls\, organize activities\, and lead songs and games. Learn some of the characteristics of younger children\, how to deal with behavior issues\, and disabilities. \nThis is also a first step to developing the skills you will need to become a counselor in training (CIT) at camps (like Camp Tall Trees) or a volunteer in training (VIT) working with other troops.  Completion of this training allows you to work toward earning your Program Aide Pin. There is no cost for this training.
