2026 CIT Training
You must be in 7th grade or above to take this training
Sat Jan 17 – 10:00am – 4:00pm (Part 1) – Morris School, Mckinleyville
Sun Jan 18 – 10:00am – 3:00pm (Part 2) – Morris School, Mckinleyville
You must attend BOTH days. There is no cost
You will discover ways to work with younger girls, organize activities, lead songs and games. Learn some of the characteristics of younger children, how to deal with behavior issues, and disabilities. Training covers homesickness, how to work with adults and much more.
This is the first step to developing the skills you will need to become a counselor in training at camps Camp Tall Trees. Completion of this training allows you to work toward earning your CIT Pin. There is no cost for this training.
